The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms & conditions pertaining to the use and transactions of the e-shop, at any time the COMPANY deems necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any modification through the pages of our e-shop. The COMPANY, based on the transactions conducted through the e-shop, shall inform the customers regarding the availability of the products but can under no circumstances guarantee their availability. In any case, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the customer on time regarding any unavailability, in which case we also undertake no further responsibility.
The COMPANY strives to provide high quality services and products on a daily basis. On the basis of good faith, the COMPANY shall not be held liable and accountable for any errors in features, photos and product prices listed in the e-shop and cannot guarantee that there shall be no errors, for any reason, when entering and/or updating the features and/or price of a product.
The COMPANY, based on the transactions conducted through the e-shop, shall not be responsible and shall not be required to provide compensation for any damage or defect arising due to an order cancellation, the non-implementation or the delayed implementation thereof, or any other reason.
User Responsibility
All users are free to use the e-shop in accordance with the Law as well as in accordance with good morals. The responsibility for the nature of the transactions lies solely within the User.
The COMPANY does not exercise any kind of correction or intervention in the user data.

- send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any material containing software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip any computer software or hardware, and/or violate, either intentionally or unintentionally, applicable laws or regulations, harass third parties in any way, collect or store personal data about other users.
Furthermore, the User agrees that all members, partners, employees, the management and other partners of the COMPANY are not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third party using our e-shop.
Any use contrary to the above, except for any civil and criminal penalties, shall result in the discontinuance of the services provided without any warning.

Transaction Security
All payments made using a credit or debit card are processed through the National Bank’s i-bank e-Simplify electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
When paying by card, the User automatically goes to the environment of the National Bank and makes the payment with the security guaranteed by the electronic payment platform “i-bank e-Simplify” of the National Bank.
Our company does not receive any information regarding the payment details except that the payment was successfully completed. If the payment is successfully completed, the users can return to our website and complete their orders.
Return/Cancellation Policy
Products can be refunded only in the following cases:
- In the rare event that the product received is found to be defective in any way with proven fault of our COMPANY.
- If our e-shop has sent you the wrong product and not the one you ordered.
In the aforementioned cases the customer may return the product no later than four (4) calendar days after receipt of the product.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received, with all their accessories, in their original packaging, while their bar codes should be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents.
If the product is not returned within the specified period or some of the refund conditions are not met, the Company has the right not to accept their return and not to proceed to a refund.
The shipping costs shall entirely burden the customer.

Shipping methods
Your order will be shipped to you via ACS Courier.
Deliveries of products are made only within the physical limits of Greece through the cooperating transport company (and its partners) or the cooperating courier company. Shipping within Greece The cost of transport is € 3.0 for land destinations and € 3.5 for island destinations

After your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. You can also track your order via your account.
You can be informed about the progress of your order from your account information.
Your order is expected to arrive to you after 3 to 6 working days*.
Of course, we can not ignore the processing of the 24 hours that we need from the initial stage to send you your order.
In case of remote and inaccessible areas, the shipment is made in consultation with the nearest courier agency.
In the above case the package goes to the most central point acs courrier in the area with regular charge and the customer is informed by phone before shipment.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

If our supplier is delayed in sending the product to us.
